Complex Disease Diagnostics (Ongoing)

Data-driven analysis and ultrasensitive molecular detection for complex disease characterization and diagnosis.

Single-Molecule Detection for Endometriosis Diagnosis

Endometriosis affects about 1 in 10 women of reproductive age, yet diagnosis often takes years and typically relies on invasive procedures. This highlights the need for sensitive, reliable, and less invasive approaches for earlier diagnosis.

We use single-molecule arrays (SimoA) to explore biomarker discovery for endometriosis. By enabling detection of biomarkers at very low concentrations, this approach provides opportunities to discover and validate molecular signatures for improved diagnosis.
